FAMILY CHILD CARE HOMES
offers a variety
of services to the in-home child care provider. Day Nursery is the fiscal
agent for (federal) Child and Adult Care Food Program reimbursements to
over 100 licensed providers who provide children with nutritious meals and
snacks. Other services include technical assistance, information, and
training in early childhood areas such as building a child's self-esteem,
positive discipline, indoor/outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and more.
Day Nursery offers introductory workshops for those interested in starting
a home child care business; it also encourages and offers opportunities to
