CHILD CARE ANSWERS (CCA) was established by Day Nursery in September 1985. This free service provides parents, who are seeking help in locating and evaluating child care, with the resources needed to make an informed decision. Parents can call CCA to receive referrals, tailored to their needs, from an automated database of more than 3,500 child care providers. CCA's referral specialists currently process over 75 calls daily. CCA also offers support and training to all child care providers (centers, homes, and registered ministries) through its training programs, one-on-one consultation, mentoring programs, and monthly newsletters. CCA is a member of the Indiana Association of Child Care Resource and Referral (IACCRR) and the National Association of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (NACCRRA).
